I know what it feels like to be good at your job, love your family, and still feel like something is fundamentally off.
For me it was the moment I realized my W-2 had become a ceiling. Our family was growing. Our ambitions were growing. And a paycheck with someone else's name on it wasn't going to get us where we wanted to go.
I didn't want to just earn more. I wanted to own something. I wanted the kind of wealth that compounds, the kind of time that's actually mine, and the kind of life that doesn't require me to ask permission to live it.
So I started building.
The ceiling becomes a launching pad — when you finally line the right things up.
I'm a lifestyle coach, a mother of three in Maryland, and the founder of both Primedy Health and Strategic Home and Living. I grow food in my backyard, I'm learning to build wealth on my own terms, and I'm deeply committed to designing a home and a life that supports everything I'm trying to create rather than one that fights against it.
I don't have it all figured out. My garden is new, my businesses are growing, and some days the gap between where I am and where I want to be feels wide. But I'm genuinely on the path and I document all of it honestly, because that's the only kind of coach I know how to be.
Strategic Home and Living exists because health, wealth, and personal growth are not three separate problems. They're one problem wearing three different faces, and solving one without the others never quite works.
When your body is depleted, your business suffers. When your finances are chaotic, your mindset follows. When your home environment is working against you, everything is harder than it needs to be. I've lived all of this. And I've learned that when you line the right things up — the systems, the habits, the environment, the financial foundation — something shifts.
That's what I want for you.
